Accessing
Within 10 minutes of subscribing, a google drive folder titled “LB-Hockey Products” should be shared to the email you provided. You’ll then be able to access every visualization by logging into google with said email and either clicking on the links to the dashboards within this site, or by navigating to the “Shared with me” section in Google Drive. The provided email does NOT need to be a google email (@gmail.com), all that matters is that you have/create a drive account with it. If nothing is shared within an hour after purchasing the subscription, please contact lbhockey.social@gmail.com where I will look to sort out the issue as quickly as I can.
Using
To use any of the dashboards, simply navigate to the page of the tool you desire and click on the big white “Subscribers: Access Here” button. This will open up the visualization’s sheet and prompt you to make a copy of it. It may ask you to sign into gmail if you’re not already logged in with the google drive account you’ve indicated when you registered (if you would like to change that email, please contact me).
Although you can access the tool you just copied again directly from within your Drive after that, it’s recommended to do so from the site as described above. Since the data is updated fairly regularly (every week or two), this ensures that the copy you’re actively using is always fully up to date.
Once the copy is made, it’s possible that this yellow banner appears at the top of the sheet. All that clicking “Allow access” does, is allow the sheet to load-in team logos, player headshots, and player action shots from the NHL API.

Due to the behaviour of the Google Sheets app on mobile, some visualizations may not look as clean so I highly recommend viewing the cards on desktop. I do however plan to move the visualizations to a proper web app in the future which would fix this and ditch Google Sheets completely.
Troubleshooting
NOTE: this seems to be fixed, but I’m leaving it here just in case someone runs into it again
If you run into an error trying to make copies of the dashboards, ensure you’re selecting a folder within your own Drive. Google seems to have changed the default copy locations in some cases and automatically chooses the shared folder (LB-Hockey Products) rather than somewhere on the user’s own Drive. Simply selecting one of your folders at this step should fix the issue.
